-> Delivery Service Terms – Scope of Service
The delivery service is provided by Macolide – Materiais de Construção de Campolide, Lda., through its own means or contracted carriers, according to the type of load, delivery location, logistical conditions and operational availability.
This service is complementary to the commercial activity of Macolide and is governed by the conditions described herein.
The customer acknowledges that the Delivery Service Terms may vary depending on the volume of goods, total weight, accessibility of the location and type of delivery selected, and these conditions must always be confirmed at the time of order.
-> Lisbon Metropolitan Area – Loads up to 1,000 kg
For loads up to 1,000 kg within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, the delivery service is normally carried out by Macolide’s own vehicles, ensuring greater operational control, route planning and direct coordination with the customer.
-> Delivery Types
1. Standard Delivery
Deadline: 2 to 4 working days
Conditions: Subject to service availability and delivery address
Method: Unloading from vehicle to ground
This type of delivery is intended for situations where no specific scheduling is required by the customer, with the day and period defined by Macolide‘s services.
2. Home Delivery
Deadline: 2 to 4 working days
Conditions: Subject to availability and delivery address
Method: Delivery made to the customer’s door
Home Delivery allows the customer to indicate a preferred date and period, always subject to prior confirmation by Macolide and the accessibility conditions of the location.
3. Express Delivery
Deadline: 24h to 48h
Availability: Only for orders with immediate stock and subject to confirmation
Method: Unloading from vehicle to ground
The Express Delivery service has priority status and is subject to Macolide‘s operational availability at the time of request.

The indicated prices are for information purposes only and may be adjusted depending on specific delivery conditions, access, extraordinary load or logistical changes.
-> Service Hours
The delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, except public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Delivery times and days may vary depending on the type of service selected and logistical availability.
-> Outside the Lisbon Metropolitan Area
For deliveries outside the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, the following conditions apply:
Loads up to 1,000 kg: Service available upon quotation.
Loads over 1,000 kg: Service carried out by contracted carrier, with price also subject to prior quotation.
Delivery times and days may vary depending on the contracted logistics provider, type of service or any other factor to be verified at the time of contracting.

The indicated deadlines are merely estimates and are not binding.
Macolide is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors, namely traffic conditions, access to the location, weather conditions or
logistical constraints beyond its control.
The customer must ensure in advance adequate conditions for access, circulation and unloading at the delivery location, assuming responsibility for any existing impediments or constraints.

Macolide‘s delivery service constitutes a service complementary to the company’s commercial activity, being provided in accordance with the conditions described herein and with the General Sales Terms in force.
Contracting the delivery service presupposes full acceptance of these Delivery Service Terms, and it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm in advance the suitability of the service to the conditions of the delivery location, namely access, schedules, traffic restrictions or existing physical limitations.
Whenever there are doubts regarding deadlines, prices or delivery method, prior contact with Macolide‘s team is recommended, in order to ensure proper planning of the service.
Delivery Service Terms may be changed without prior notice whenever justified.
