Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<h4>These <strong>General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong> apply to all commercial relationships established between <strong>MACOLIDE \u2013 Materiais de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Campolide, Lda.<\/strong> and its customers, whether <strong>consumers or professionals<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>2. Quotes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quotes provided are valid for <strong>15 days<\/strong>, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>All prices are subject to change <strong>without prior notice<\/strong> when determined by manufacturers or suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Prices and Taxes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>3.1. In physical space (Macolide stores)<\/strong><br \/>\nPrices shown or indicated in-store may be displayed <strong>excluding VAT<\/strong>.<br \/>\nVAT is always added at the time of invoicing and is <strong>clearly itemized on the final document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2. On the website<\/strong><br \/>\nAll prices presented online are displayed <strong>including VAT<\/strong>, complying with the legal rules applicable to communication directed at the final consumer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3. Issued documents<\/strong><br \/>\nValues are presented <strong>excluding VAT on the price line<\/strong>, with the tax <strong>itemized in the totals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4. Price reductions<\/strong><br \/>\nPromotions, sales, or liquidations always follow the <strong>applicable legal regime<\/strong>, with a clear indication of the previous price, current price, and the nature of the reduction.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-face-to-face orders must be made <strong>in writing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>After registration, Macolide sends <strong>confirmation by email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All orders must be <strong>secured with a 50% deposit<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Customized or made-to-measure items <strong>cannot be cancelled<\/strong> once they have entered production, without prejudice to the consumer&#8217;s legal rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>  5. Website<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>5.1. The website does not conduct sales<\/strong><br \/>\nThe website <strong>is not an online store<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThere is no online payment, immediate purchase, or automatic reservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.2. Pre-orders<\/strong><br \/>\nA pre-order constitutes only an <strong>expression of interest<\/strong> and <strong>does not form a contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.3. Stock availability<\/strong><br \/>\nAny indication of availability is <strong>merely informative<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFinal confirmation is always provided <strong>in writing by the Macolide team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.4. Personal data<\/strong><br \/>\nData processing is carried out in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/macolide.pt\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a> and the <strong>GDPR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6. Delivery Times and Transport<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediate collection only after confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Deliveries depend on the schedule and the <a title=\"Macolide | Delivery Services\" href=\"https:\/\/macolide.pt\/en\/delivery-service-terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Delivery Service Conditions<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing times are <strong>indicative<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Delays beyond <strong>Macolide<\/strong>&#8216;s control do not entitle the customer to compensation, only to the refund of amounts paid where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>  7. 7. Payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Rule: <strong>payment upon delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Other arrangements require management approval.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted methods: Transfer, Multibanco, Visa, Check, and Cash.<\/li>\n<li>Card payments may be subject to an operator fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>      <\/strong><strong>8. Warranties<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Under the terms of <strong>Decree-Law No. 84\/2021<\/strong>: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3-year warranty<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Application of the legal hierarchy of rights;<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturer warranties complement legal rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>  9. 9. Exchanges and Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Only when <strong>previously accepted<\/strong>, for unused items with intact packaging.<br \/>\nCustomized or made-to-order items are excluded.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>  10. 10. Retention of Title<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Goods remain the property of <strong>Macolide<\/strong> until <strong>full payment<\/strong> (Art. 409 of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Macolide<\/strong> is not liable for force majeure, supply disruptions, strikes, or unpredictable logistical constraints.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>12.
